Once you’ve chosen what Brand Design Package works best for you, I’ll send you our Design Agreement outlining our project scope. After you’ve signed our agreement and I receive a 50% deposit, you’ll be added to my project calendar. Project timing is based on the package you choose and can range from 4-8 weeks to complete. I’ll provide a timeline and create a project folder to keep us on track. If additional deliverables are needed throughout the design process they will be added to the remaining balance of our project.

I’ll send you a client questionnaire and we’ll schedule our first call together. This is when I get to learn all about you, your brand and industry, clients, project goals, and more. It’s a conversation to help build a good foundation to inspire me for when we move into the design phase.

I’ll use the information gathered from our conversations to craft a brand strategy and moodboard. We’ll take a look at this together to ensure we’re happy with the direction. Once approved, I’ll move into the design phase.

I’ll start to build out the project deliverables and create a presentation. We’ll schedule a meeting to walk through it together and get your initial thoughts. The presentation will be emailed afterward for you to spend more time with. Emailed feedback and revisions are appreciated!

I’ll make revisions based on your feedback and add to our presentation for Round 2 Reviews. We’ll take a look at this together on a call. If minor revisions are needed, I’ll incorporate them into a final Round 3 Review. If no changes are needed and I have your final approval, I’ll move on to packaging your assets.

All deliverables have been approved - YAY! I’ll get to work packaging all of your new assets to hand off to you. Once I receive the remaining project balance I’ll upload your new brand assets into our project folder. I’m here to answer any questions and walk through how to best use your new branding.

Following asset handoff, I’m available for 2 weeks to catch any issues and make additions if needed. All of my packages include this service at no extra charge to you.
